Shipping & Return

Exchanges:- Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
- In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
- Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
- The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
- Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

When I bought this rug I thought this has to be a scam there is no way I’m going to get a high quality rug for such a good price. But sure enough the rug was delivered SO quickly. It was very thick really great quality. It looks amazing in my living room. The ONLY issue is the smell. Baseline I am smell sensitive so that didn’t help but it smelled like it was in a musty warehouse for too long? Or something I’m not really sure just had a distinct odor that I was worried about. It’s been about 2 weeks now and I used some carpet odor cleaner and I think the smell is much much better! But I will probably do another proper cleaning on it to make sure. It does shed a bit as well. Will definitely be buying again. And telling all of my friends!!

I first ordered a small rock for my bedroom. When they came, the packaging looked complex but once I opened it and saw how well the rug was made I understood that this was something that was special. When they say handmade, they mean it they also keep to their shipping standards and ability to communicate quickly.
