We sell handmade rugs straight from our own looms — no showroom, no distributor, no middleman — so we're rarely beaten on price. If you find a comparable hand-knotted wool rug for less at another retailer, we'll refund you the difference, so you pay the lower price.

What qualifies

• The same size or larger, in the same hand-knotted wool construction
• Brand new and in stock (not used, clearance, open-box or auction)
• Sold by a reputable US retailer with the price publicly listed
• Submitted within 30 days of delivery, one claim per order

How to claim

Email service@getmyrugs.com with your order number and a link to the comparable rug. We'll verify it within two business days and refund the difference to your original payment method.
