We sell handmade rugs straight from our own looms — no showroom, no distributor, no middleman. That's why we're rarely beaten on price. If you ever find the same hand-knotted quality for less, we'll match it.
Find it for less, we'll match it
If you find a comparable hand-knotted wool rug for a lower price at another retailer, send it to us and we'll refund you the difference — so you pay the lower price. No fine-print games; if it's a fair match, we honour it.

So the comparison is honest both ways, the other rug should be:

Matched to the size you bought from us (an equal or larger rug of the same construction).
Hand-knotted wool
The same handmade construction and material — a genuine hand-knotted or hand-loomed wool rug, not a machine-made lookalike.

A brand-new rug currently in stock and available to buy — not used, clearance, auction or open-box.
A reputable US retailer
Sold by an established United States retailer, with the price publicly listed so we can verify it.
Within 30 days
Submitted within 30 days of your delivery date, one claim per order.

Where "comparable retail" comes from
When we show a "comparable retail" price and your savings, that figure reflects the actual current selling prices of genuinely similar rugs — same construction, same wool, same size — at major US retailers, checked in June 2026. We deliberately use a conservative figure (at or below the middle of what we found, never an inflated "list" price), and we only show it on the hand-made wool rugs where we're genuinely lower.
Hand-knotted wool — comparable $450 to $1,600
Genuine hand-knotted wool area rugs (3×5 up to 10×13) sell across this range at established US rug retailers. Our prices sit well below it because we weave them ourselves and ship direct.
Hand-tufted wool — comparable $185 to $949
Comparable hand-tufted 100% wool area rugs sell in this range at mainstream US home and rug retailers, depending on size — consistently above our direct price.
Hand-loomed wool — comparable $249 to $999
Comparable hand-loomed wool area rugs sell in this range at major US retailers across the standard sizes — again, more than we charge selling direct from our looms.
These are real selling prices for comparable rugs on the dates checked, not inflated "compare-at" anchors — and they're deliberately conservative. Retail prices change; if you ever find a comparable rug for less, our Best-Price Guarantee above means we'll match it.
Honest, direct pricing
Most rugs pass through a chain of distributors, importers and showrooms — each adding margin. Ours come straight from the artisans who weave them to your door, so the same hand-knotted wool that costs more elsewhere costs less here. Questions?
