Please contact our Customer Support Team before sending back a shipment to us. This will allow us to make the return or exchange process smooth and quick.
Exchanges:
(1) Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
(2) If a customer wants to exchange a received product for a different one, they will be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if the item was delivered damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Returns:
(1) Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
(2) In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by customer.
(3) The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
(4) Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.
