Shipping & Return
xPlease contact our Customer Support Team before sending back a shipment to us. This will allow us to make the return or exchange process smooth and quick.
Exchanges:- Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
- In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
- Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
- The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
- Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

Beautiful rug for the price! I was very pleased with the thickness of the rug, it looks gorgeous and the photos are an accurate representation of the product. No weird smells, laid out perfectly with no significant folds or creasing right out of the packaging. My only, only critique (and this is really my fault and not that of the makers/sellers) is that I have a cat who is not declawed, and likely should have chosen a jute or natural fibered rug from this company instead because this rug in particular is not withstanding his claws well. Fibers come loose where he plays causing the rug to look like it’s “pilling” in spots. Just something to be aware of if you have clawed pets. Otherwise perfect, do buy it.
