Exchanges:
  1. Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
  2. In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
Returns:
  1. Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
  2. In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
  3. In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
  4. The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
  5. Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

One of my worst online purchases

I figured I’d try GetMyRugs for the first time, free shipping and free returns they said. Man, this was bad. I have idea how the rug looks or feels when its opened because the musky, moldy smell was so overwhelming when the package was cut open I immediately grabbed packing tape to close it back up and place it outside of the house. Horrible customer service, so we had to get Chase involved to get our money back.

To top it off, this rug was 1 of 2 ordered. The second rug never arrived. Inquires went unanswered. And Chase refunded this amount too.

Buyer beware.
