Exchanges:- Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
- In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
- Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
- The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
- Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

I'll start with the good- the rug is gorgeous. Looks-wise it's exactly what I was searching for. The color is deep and saturated, the rug is plush and soft, and it looks like it costs 10x what I paid for it. I haven't experienced much shedding either.
However, the rug is bleeding red dye like crazy. It's turning everything in my house pink. All my socks are now pink which isn't coming out in the wash. The white tile floor in my bathroom is now pink. My black and white dog is now a black and pink dog. I love how the carpet looks so I'm definitely keeping it, but I will need to look into cleaning it asap to hopefully wash out the dye that hasn't set into the rug. This isn't ideal for a brand-new carpet.
The price can't be beat for this size and style rug, but with the bleeding dye issue I'm not sure I can recommend this carpet.
