Exchanges:- Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
- In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
- Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
- The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
- Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

Please be aware that the color of the rug is much darker than what you see in the product photo. I thought I was ordering a vintage-looking sage green, but what you get is actually more like a deep forest green. That said, I decided to keep it bc the quality is great and so was the customer service.

I'm a real person, and this is a real rug! I decided to take a chance on this company because the prices seemed too good to be true, but they delivered a great knotted rug that really fills out my living room. It's a great pile length, and has a sort of recycled texture to it. There are little glints of blues, reds, and gold threads amongst the green. The color is a little darker than the photos, but it still works for my space. I burn tested a little nugget of the fiber, and it seems to actually be silk/cotton - there was the light odor of burning hair and resulting burned material easily crumbled. Very happy with the service, product, and price.
