Exchanges:- Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
- In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
- Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
- The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
- Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

I was skeptical about a rug so well priced. I received my 8x10 orange wool rug within a week of ordering. Much earlier than the anticipated delivery date. Communication with the company was prompt and clear. 10/10 would buy another rug from this company. I will say you should expect some shedding from any wool rug and you should know the color won’t be exact. My rug was more of a darker orange but still very punchy orange. I love it.
