Exchanges:
  1. Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
  2. In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
Returns:
  1. Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
  2. In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
  3. In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
  4. The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
  5. Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

Stained the bottom of my family’s socks and feet. Then it released a bunch of sand from it when we went to haul it out. Sand?!?!?
Very disappointed with this purchase and will never be making that mistake again!

Large rug musty smell

Was very excited for our new rug to arrive. We never splurge but thought the sale was too good to pass up on such a unique ~handwoven~ rug. I love the originality, feeling skeptical since there were no reviews.

Got the rug in a timely manner wrapped in a Home Depot box, questionable, but came in tact. Immediately following opening the package came a wave of musty smell, we questioned if it was used. Rug was quite dusty as well, when running fingers over the rug my hands did not feel clean. The white lines were not white, but is what seems like material that used to be white white(no longer white cuz of dust) with sporadic colored speckles.

We live in a small apartment so the smell has taken over sadly. I have bad asthma, trying to do what I can to alleviate the problem.

Honestly tho, for the price, kinda seems like what we get for something with an “original price of $1000.”
