Shipping & Return

Exchanges:- Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
- In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
- Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
- In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
- The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
- Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

Our area rug arrived sooner than anticipated and we couldn't wait to lay in out in our living room. The result was spectacular. For nearly 30 years, we had a rug of similar style pattern that we were reluctant to part with as it suited our decorating style and matched colors of our furniture. Off on on for the past 3 years, as our old carpet increasingly wore out, we poured over on-line rug sellers never finding a carpet we could imagine trading our beloved old one for. But we took a chance on this rug and this company and couldn't be happier. It looks like it was BORN to be in our room. Truthfully, an improvement over our previous carpet in every way. Thickly textured, beautifully made, and certain to last for more than 30 years even if we won't. Hurray, hurray
