1. Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
2. In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.

2. In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
3. In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
4. The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
5. Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.
