Please contact our Customer Support Team before sending back a shipment to us. This will allow us to make the return or exchange process smooth and quick.

Exchanges:
  1. Customer can exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
  2. In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
Returns:
  1. Customer can also return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund.
  2. In case of damaged or wrong product is delivered, the return shipment cost will be borne by us, in any other case, it has to be paid by the customer.
  3. In case of damaged or wrong product is received by the customer than we would be sharing the return shipping label. In any other case the rug is to be returned from buyers end or we share our return shipping label but we would be deducting the return shipping charges from the refund amount.
  4. The returns products needs to be dropped at the assigned carrier's store by the customer.
  5. Please allow 14 business days after the return is received in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

Great customer service. I love these guys. There's a few things I want to note because I was upset initially only to give it a few days and realize I had nothing to worry about. The rug came in a plastic and folded up so I had to lay it out and vacuum it once with a want in the direction of the pile. I let it sit overnight and it took it's proper flat shape. The initial "new rug" smell went away after a few days. The rug does shed at first like a wool/silk rug will do initially. I've vacuumed it with a wand every other day for about a week and the shedding has stopped. The rug is a gorgeous color - DEEPER colored than the picture. If the rug is in the sunlight it is that bright blue color but this is a more royal color - which I am okay with. Just note that the pics were taken with flash. Great rug for the price, I'd by again.
